At present I am writing a Tamil book on Shad Chakras and Kundalini yoga (in Sri vidya's yoga marga method).  This is a very detail book on the subject.  Each chakras their functions and specific work in the physical and astral bodies explained at length. The wrong conception about Kundalini by hata yoga Vasi yoga practice and its dangerous path is also written with a caution.

In which place the cosmic energy and nuclear energy having a base in our body and how the cosmic energy changes into nuclear energy for mudane purpose of its play of one's own destiny and again why the nuclear energy converted itself to thermal energy as intermittent breathing and its downward pull are all explained well.  The difference between human respiration vs Life breath and how the life breath polluted as sound waves that prominently resting as 4 astral exodus force the main cause of our untold misery of life.

What is the real meaning of Awakening the kundalini force and actually where the cosmic force is resting in body and how to tap it safely etc by adopting srividya yoga marga which is the only way to redeem our spiritual force in action.  Upto what stage kundalini takes a sadhak to a consciousness plane known as thuriya and from then on how to retain the challenges to further consciousness states in Nadhaupasana etc told at length.  This book will be around 320 pages. I am planning to release the book in the year end.

The book may be around 320 pages as usual mrs. Geetha madam extended her support in doing the translation work. 
I forget to tell your about the final chapters highlighted in the book as follows: Sri chakra, Bhu chakra, Saptha Bhumika, Soma chakra, Thirumular’s Aeroli chakra and at the end of the book Amarakavi’s method of exercise chart for awakening the kundalini explained in detail.
